Returns

  • Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer. PassionRaja.com follows 7 days return policy. Refund / Replacement of product/s is subject to inspection and checking by Customer Care Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy. All our packages leave in a secure, tamper and damage proof packaging.
  • In case of exchange requests placed by the customer, courier charges of both ways will be borne by the customer. Provided the request is accepted by our Customer Care team.
  • In case, the product/s is received in broken or unsealed condition, customer needs to mail at care@passionraja.com.
  • Courier charges for wrong shipments / products received in broken or unsealed condition, will be borne by us.
  • For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.

Cancellations

  • We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information.
  • Please contact our Customer Service in case you wish to cancel your order. Orders once placed can be cancelled only before the Order is shipped. If the Order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order.

ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.

Product not to your liking

We will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking. Most of our products are personal in nature and hence kindly talk to us before you order.

Mode of Return

You may contact our Customer Care within 3 days of having received the product and request a replacement /exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. Once the Customer Care team agrees to process the replacement/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice. You are requested to send us the products you plan to replace / exchange via courier to the below mentioned address with all the documents and packaging required to receive a replacement /exchange:
